To enhance learner engagement, we offer tailored programs related to inspections, proactive activities, and alignment with new government policies. These initiatives, integral to POV's professionalization efforts, emphasize activating methodologies, innovative lesson design, and effective teaching practices.

Our commitment to activating methodologies, encompassing goal-oriented teaching, visualization, reflection, feedback, collaborative learning, and innovative technologies, creates an effective learning environment, preparing vocational students for the modern job market.

In collaboration with schools, adult education centers, and provincial boards, POV has four embedded ambitions: being a quality reference, pioneering educational innovation, fostering talent development in learners, and maintaining a warm organizational culture. Our leadership framework guides school leaders toward achieving collective goals.

For teacher professionalization, we organize learning networks focused on diverse objectives, including achieving learning goals, coaching for basic literacy, developing student guidance policies, and strengthening school leadership. Our team actively stays informed about the latest developments and innovations in education, playing a vital role in disseminating this knowledge across the network for comprehensive support.
